This package gives exclusive use to our reception building and our private, landscaped grounds from Thursday to Sunday. This package is available for up to 250 guests.

We require a $1000 damage deposit which is returned Sunday at checkout subject to site inspection.
All decor is free to use but we require a deposit of $200 to be returned once we receive items back.
* A Special Occasions License is needed if serving any alcohol. This is available online at www.solo.bcldb.com and all bartenders must have “Serving it right”.
* A Special Events Liability Policy from any insurance company is needed and must be coverage for all days you are here with a minimum coverage of 2.5 million dollars.
* If you would like to secure a date, all we require is a $500 non refundable deposit to hold the date.
