Camo Country Weddings & Events

 

Camo Country offers two very elite packages to choose from. Both are exclusive to your needs and budget, which makes us a perfect venue to host your dream wedding.

Camo Country Weekender

This package gives exclusive use to our reception building and our private, landscaped grounds from Thursday to Sunday. This package is available for up to 250 guests.

 

Price: $11,500.00 plus tax

  • Included in this package:
    • 4500 square foot rustic building with all amenities including 3 washrooms, (one of which is handicap friendly) a beautiful bar area and prep kitchen with a commercial stainless steel fridge, countertops and a triple sink
    • Several areas on the property to choose for your ceremony. This includes a woodsy area for smaller weddings and a 30,000 square foot, landscaped lawn surrounded by flowers, mountains and lush views to accommodate for larger weddings
    • Outdoor bar and kitchen to host your rehearsal dinner and to host cocktail hour on the day of your wedding
    • Park area with picnic tables, trails and lights hung in the trees to create a wow factor at night for your guests
    • 12 foot high, decorated eternity wreath that is surely to impress your guests and is perfect for photos
    • Your choice of 5 different arbors for your ceremony: traditional and white, rustic log, heptagon shape, diamond shape and another log one located in the wooded area
    • Beautiful paths in the woods leading towards our forest swing and another ceremony area
    • Camping area for your guests to stay. Generators are welcome as there are no hookups available
    • Portable toilets located in the camping area
    • Two shower houses with hot water located in the camping area
    • Access to the bridal suite for the entire weekend. Spend the night before your wedding with you bridesmaids and family. The night of your wedding it can be used by the bride and groom
    • Hair salon to get ready in
    • Many landscaped areas including flower gardens, manicured grounds and many areas in the forest for amazing photo opportunities
    • Large rock waterfall which includes flowers, plants and a bench to take photos on
    • Tables options for inside the venue: round, rectangle and cake size
    • Banquet chairs
    • White folding chairs for your ceremony
    • Beautiful, wood benches that are 10 feet long
    • Many light up signs available (‘Mr & Mrs’ sign, a 7 foot tall ‘Love’ sign, and a ‘Bar’ sign)
    • A variety of wood signs to use in the venue or for your ceremony
    • Antique horse drawn carriage for photo opportunities
    • Standard ceiling draping in the venue
    • Parking attendants on your wedding day to help your guests
    • Onsite manager and staff available all weekend
    • Your choice of our extensive collection of décor: wagon wheels, wine barrels, greenery and garlands, and many more options
    • Photos with our collection of military vehicles and tanks
    • Set up of tables and chairs in the venue and ceremony seating area
    • Arbor draping with your choice of style
    • Linens for your tables and chairs
    • Cloth napkins available in a variety of colours
    • Dishes and cutlery
    • All of the cleanup after you are packed up

     

Camo Country affair

The Camo Country Affair is our newest package available at Camo Country. It is an all inclusive, intimate elopement package. We have hand picked an incredible team to collaborate with of top, professional vendors in the Okanagan to provide everything needed to make your special day one you will never forget. This 120 minute wedding package is for up to 20 guests and is only available Sunday through Wednesday. This must be pre-booked.

 

Price: $3,940.00 plus tax

  • Included in this package:
    • Venue: Many beautiful areas on our property to say your ‘I do’s’
    • Officiant: A memorable and meaningful legal ceremony
    • Music: Choose between live ceremony music or a DJ available from our list
    • Wedding Planner: Will help to create a personalized wedding that is a reflection of you and will be your Day of Coordinator so you can relax and enjoy every minute of your special day
    • Professional Photographer: 90 minutes of coverage to create everlasting memories while getting ready, during your ceremony, family photos and bride & groom portraits
    • Floral: Beautiful bouquet(s) and/or boutonniere(s), small arrangements for the signing table, swag or garland for your arbor
    • Décor: All linens, greenery, small detail items, signing table and ‘Welcome to our wedding’ sign
    • Arbor: Four different options to choose from
    • Seating: Choice of seating for up to 18 guests
    • Bridal Room: Available to get changed or to freshen up
    • Something Sweet: Your choice between an 8 inch buttercream cutting cake with fresh flower decorations in your wedding colours or 3 dozen cupcakes
    • Beverages: We will provide sparkling juice, coffee and tea
    • Keepsake stemmed glasses to take home

     

    You will only need to bring your marriage license and a copy of your Special Event Liability Insurance

Additional Information

  • We require a $1000 damage deposit which is returned Sunday at checkout subject to site inspection
  • All decor is free to use but we require a deposit of $200 to be returned once we receive items back
  • * A Special Occasions License is needed if serving any alcohol. This is available online at www.solo.bcldb.com and all bartenders must have serving rights
  • * A Special Events Liability Policy from any insurance company is needed and must be coverage for all days you are here with a minimum coverage of 2.5 million dollars
  • * If you would like to secure a date, all we require is a $500 non refundable deposit to hold the date
