We are located in the North Okanagan in Lumby B.C. We are roughly 30 minutes outside of Vernon, B.C.

There is no need to as we help you with all your planning. We have a full team on hand for the day of your event.

We do not include catering but are happy to recommend some amazing caterers in the area. We include a commercial prep kitchen with counter space, a fridge, sink and dishwasher.

Yes, we do. We have many couples that do their first walkthrough virtually. We are happy to assist to makes things as easy as possible for you.

We sure do! Many of our couples and guests are from other provinces. We have years of experience of working with couples virtually so can ensure a smooth process if you are from out-of-province.

Our main ceremony area and barn can comfortably fit up 200-250 guests.

We have you covered! We have had to move ceremony set ups and cocktail hour into the barn area and will ensure your ceremony will be perfect either way! No tent or extra chair rentals are needed.

We have several ceremony areas to choose from in our forested areas or on our beautiful lush green lawn.

We do it all for you! We want you and your guests to enjoy your time together. You concentrate on enjoying your most special day!

Yes! We love pets here and think they make the cutest ring bearer and flower girls. All we ask is that you keep them leashed and supervised and clean up after them.

We provide almost everything you will need for your day. That includes gorgeous, harvest wood tables, round tables, a selection of chairs including vineyard, folding white and mahogany as well as wooden benches and a variety of arbors. We also have a huge supply of modern décor to choose from as well as linens, dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses.

We have a big parking lot to accommodate all your guests

To secure your special date we require a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 which comes off the total fee charged.

Yes, we require a $1000 deposit which will be returned at checkout subject to site inspection.

We require you to obtain a Special Occasions License if serving any alcohol. This is available online at www.solo.bcldb.com and all bartenders must have “Serving it right”. We also require a Special Events Liability Policy from any insurance company and must be coverage for all days you are here with a minimum coverage of 2.5 million dollars.

Absolutely not! We will outline everything in your contract so there won’t be any surprises. There is no extra services fees or gratuity added on.

A weekend wedding package is Thursday through Sunday. Weekday weddings are Monday through Wednesday. We offer a discount for weekday weddings.

We have a beautiful bridal suite for you to stay in which is included. We also have two unique cabins that are available for $125.00 a night each as well as two motorhomes onsite. Please ask us for the rates on the motorhomes and availability.

Yes, we invite your guests to bring their RV’s and tents to stay onsite in our non-serviced camping area. We have two shower houses in our campground available for guests as well as toilets.

Yes, we do! We are happy to try to accommodate your budget. Contact us if this is something you’d be interested in, and we would be happy to discuss dates and options.

We do not allow fireworks, glitter, confetti, silly string, floating lanterns, or silk petals on the lawn. We do allow real petals on the lawn during the ceremony.
